Return and Refund Policy
- Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products can be returned within 30 days after receipt (unless otherwise stated).
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags.
- If the product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Products that have been used or damaged, except for quality issues.
- Sale, custom, or personalized items (unless there are quality issues).
- Return Process
- Return Request: Please contact our customer support team at support@usachoose.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
- Return Address: Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
- Returning the Product: Please return the product within 15 days after receiving the return confirmation, and provide a tracking number.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to product quality issues or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer’s personal reason (e.g., change of mind) and the order was not canceled, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. -
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

- Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after payment.
- How to Cancel: Please contact us via email or phone with your cancellation request and order number.
- Shipped Orders: If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the product according to the return process once it is received.
